Where are you headed to? Nicaragua?

The TSA provides some great info about post-9/11 screening/general air-travel procedures:

Basically just don't plan on bringing shit on the plane with you like bottled water, mouth wash, etc. Often times, the guidelines found on websites are incorrect or they contradict themselves and/or the security personal at the airports are simply dumbfucks. To simplify things, just don't bring anything on the plane that you're uncertain about.

For the most part it's the same. Really the most important thing (as always when flying internationally) is having your ID and passport handy. Have that shit ready at all times and you'll be fine :)

The biggest hassle is the long lines, and possibly getting searched.

passport is important, or you'll have to call a traveling notary who charges $90. My dumbass forget it for Mexico last year.

Just don't wear a shirt with something like this on it:

I got questioned by the homeland security people about my timberland gear. That's right fucking timberland

I was very tempted to say, "Oh that's a cypress tree on the logo. You know like the Lebanese flag. I'm down with Hezbollah." But they get hired based on lack of sense of humor so I passed.

^^haha, that's funny.

I got questioned about a book I had in my hand, Trotsky's "The Revolution Betrayed." Completely forgot that it could possibly stir some suspicion. The security guy was pretty cool about it though and actually said it was a good book. lol

I've had them make me take my sweatshirt off before too.

Me: "My sweatshirt?"

Jerkoff: "Yes"

Me: "You want me to take off my sweatshirt?"

Jerkoff in bitchy i'm in charge voice: "You're not allowed to pass with a hooded sweatshirt."

Me: "You've gotta be kidding" . . .* With a blank stare takes it off and flops it around in the air and walks away.*

And I thought that shit with the shoes was extreme.

I told them this is getiting goddamn ridculous, but telling people to take of shirts because of a hood is getting even beyond that.

Me and my friend almost had a flight grounded.

Six foot seven Pakistani dude. He started reading the Quran really loud and I was mumbling jibberish fake Arabic with alot of "Allahs" in it.

"By chance" we happened to be sitting next to a sky marshal, who informed us to stop now. We had the attendants and half the passengers shook though.

I go on whiteboy vacations anyways, go somewhere, get too drunk to remember/enjoy it, slop around hung over and pissed off until about 2 pm, rinse and repeat.

I could really enjoy Bakersfield as much as France. If I remember what happens, it's an extraordinary vacation.
