Shit's been fully digital for anyone with half a brain for free. Shit leak's fast but put out a pressed CD if you wanna get any money. Real fans will pay for a pressed CD. I'm not a big G-Macc fan but will buy his CD if its pressed up, but buying it offline with nothing in my hand to show for it I'll probably just DL it. I might just be old school but I can't pay money for something I cant hold in my hand. I will never pay any money for a online album. Maybe I'm just old like that put it in the store and I will buy it.

think it sounds like that cause it was ripped off the web havent seen a group rip or regular rip havent really listened to g-macc so i dont know if you found a different version then the WEB one

It wasn't the sound quality, it was the fact that some songs were just flat out incomplete. One song was 5 mins long, but there were only 2 verses on it and 3 mins of the beat. There were a few songs like that on there.

Its one thing when its in the beginning of the song, as it builds UP. Its another thing when the beat just rides out for 2 mins. That tells me the song wasn't edited/a guest appearance was left off.

Not to mention, it wasn't even mastered. Some of the songs are LOUDER than others. I just went through and "mixed" it down to the point where its much more even across the board. Also, the last 5 songs or so are just an Ep added to the album, so they are WAAAY more quiet than the rest of it. And why are there 3 outros?? That makes no sense.

All I am saying is, that if this "official" digital release is happening, I hope the finish product is just that...finished. This just sounds like a bunch of songs thrown together straight from the producers HDD and onto the consumer.

thats the way g-macc does a lot of his track.its like his own style of "gangsta elevator music" lol

as far as mastering go,im not trippin, i rather hear a not mastered good album then some top notch mastered bullshit.

but if his album was mastered that would be a plus too!:knockout:

Select O Hits said that they were waiting till Dinner And A Movie came out to get G-Macc more exposure before they released the CD. They are in the midst of pressing it now. G-Macc told me that today.
