USED GEAR FROM EBAY?

I've bought several used things from ebay, and they all came out fine. You need to read the sellers feedback, and read the entire item description, and also trust your instincts i guess. I just recently bought a firebox for the cheapest price i've ever seen, and at first i thought it was messed up, but turns out i just didn't install the driver correctly. So, you need to factor that in as well.
And for recommended sellers, people sell random stuff on ebay, the ebay stores that do have stuff always in stock are not much different than places like guitar center. So i guess i can't really recommend any.

thanks..When I buy on Ebay i usually have been surfing it for a few weeks or so and monitoring what i want ,to see what it goes for. I do not have pay pal, but my way of thinking is if someone commits fraud and cashes the Postal money order I send they are in big trouble. I look at sellers history as well. Also will they communicate with you via email....are they knowledgeable about the item? or are they just passing on some fucked up shit.
u a smart man someone got my paypal login and pass and was stealing money out of my account last month never thought it could happen but i guess them internet hackers they smarter than i thought
as far as ebay i just bought some M-Audio BX8a monitors brand new 350 shipped and an MBOX 2 MINI brand new 240 shipped they both workin nice!!
i dunno about that used shit though its risky and u can get new shit on ebay for dummy cheap so think about the consequences of saving a little money.
I got a Fantom-X6 New from GC. 1700 out the door...plus 200 off with the rebate. So $1500 total. I was going to wait for the Fantom G series that debuted at Winter NAMM 08...changed my mind. I can upgrade later. It looks dope though (Fantom G) But for the price I couldn't pass this up. Now I gotta fish my monitors out of storage and upgrage the PC and I'm back in business.
