USA wants dictators in other countries

I was talkin to my pops the other day and he was mentioning how USA always says they want to put democracy in other places, but thats not the truth. They put puppet people to run the country, and whenever they need something fromt hat country, all they gotta do is pull da guyz ear. Basically meaning its easy to manipulate.... Anyone feel me on this?
