Sixteen-year-old Ashton Lundeby's bedroom in his mother's Granville County home is nothing, if not patriotic. Images of American flags are everywhere on the bed, on the floor, on the wall.

But according to the United States government, the tenth-grade home-schooler is being held on a criminal complaint that he made a bomb threat from his home on the night of Feb. 15.

the patriot act supercedes the constitution

reminds me of the statement, " remember, you don't have freedoms, but you have the right to protect your freedoms".

i mean if someone took his ip address and his cell pone number and made threats, couldnt they find the actual ip address taht was used or the location. shit, something to track down the location using a gps? i mean so they used his cell phone # over the internet.

but then again i would think the feds woulda looked into all this, to see where it relly is coming from.

that is some strange shit, why would someone go thru all that trouble to make threats by using someone elses phone #?

somethings really not adding up here. they took his ip and cell phone number, damn. that is just so fucking random.

their goes our fuckin rights, like we ever had them to begin with in the first place.

this isnt the only way they can use this act. while investigating a so-called terrorist and they develop intelligence of another crime being committed this information can be forwarded to the appropiate agency for investigation, legally. really anybody can get fucked based soley on this act. it needs to be banished. it is a violation of our rights as citizens.
