Upgrading ps3 HD

Heard ppl have up to 1 terabyte. Not sure if there's a limit I bought a 500gb for $60 off amazon for my ps3

But also note that the more data the hard drive has,
the more chance you have for sectors in the drive going bad.
Which will cause it to most likely crash later down the road.
I wouldnt put more than a terabyte unless you plan on
downloading games from the store. If your just using disc,
500gb to 1tb should be more than enough.

Newegg.com - Hitachi GST Travelstar 0S03563 1TB 7200 RPM 32MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s 2.5" Internal Notebook Hard Drive
both have a 32mb cache with 6.0 Gb/s. at 7200 rpm.
I personally have had better luck with
seagate drives more than i have hitachi.
