Not really sure how old these guys are but I'm pretty sure they're under 25.

Thomas Oosthuizen, don't really think he'll be a special fighter but he's tall, takes a good punch, and is usually in exciting fights.

Tomoki Kameda, the youngest of the Kameda brothers and should be fighting for a major title shortly (as should Tobe even though he's only a handful of fights deep)

Ronald Cruz who fought on NBC not that long ago is fighting better competition than most guys with his record and he's fighting Antwone Smith next.

Sho Ishida, Ryuto Kyoguchi, and Ryo Miyazaki are other young good looking Japanese prospects.

A lot of solid prospects in the original post. Ceja, Charlo, and Fortuna seem to be the goods along with the usual suspects there.
