imo
addressing the need of a team is off top. you know and already touched on that. just because the pencil pusher behind the desk doesnt play the role of an artist, his job creating mailing lists,accumilating fan info/contacts, e-mailing dj's etc. is vital, and the artists should respect that. a list of rules and policies should be created and signed by all parties involved so an understanding is created from the very begining. i think that would be the best way to start and create an approach to all possible participants. your name alone will spark interest, no doubt, but having a company statement and policies in place prior to approaching anyone is a good sell imo. good luck with this venture, in reality, its what needs to happen.
