provided they have money to travel in these hard times 
the bart much less the muni is one of the best public transportation setups in the nation..
I think it's just the Awareness that we are now coming up Together. With more people willing to come together and help promote your Projects along with theirs. We basically share and expand with each other.
If we spread the word across the West people will start doing whatever it takes to have the West come up "As One". For Example: Communication on who's doing what, New Ideas, Progress, Advertising a whole other Area/other State in Your hood, etc. ..If we have some sort of Annual meeting or something we'll begin to take this One West thing more seriously.
That's what i get out of it..

one suggestion would be a serious Quality Assurance dept, a teamk if individuals that have to approve ya shit before it gets released...because we got way to many people watering down the shelves,airwaves and hardrives with bullshit...You cant release a CD in the bay without a ONE WEST approval sticker. i mean cats can stil drop album, but we will be able to distinguish between the good shit and the trash
as long as it doesnt get slapped on anything with over a $200 budget like the damn mac dre logo
