and the cops knew he was a pedo, they visited the house after neighbours made a complaint, they saw the kids...wtf why didn't they ask him and get him to prove they were his kids?

His neighbors should have known he was a registered sex offender, unless they where too stupid to peep the website, any kids living at a sex offenders house, goes against most there parole's, should have been a warning.

She worked in his printing business and never cried out for help. That shows the mental hold he had over her. Think about it, at 11 years old a man can tell a kid anything and scare her to death, and after a few years of it, you adjust your life around the mental torment. This is in NO WAY Jaycee's fault, and any person in this thread speaking down on the victim (hoe, dumb bitch, etc.), I only pray that no one you care about it ever the victim of a predator of any sort.

and yes, I think the Parole Dept. really dropped the ball on this one. Any RSO on parole IS NOT allowed contact with children, and after the first reports of children, his or otherwise, in his yard should have been diligently investigated.

However, IMO, the blame for this rests solely on the shoulders of that fucking sick man.

I am going to respectively disagree with you on this one. He has a mental disorder, so to blame him is unfair. Outside parties sh9ould have been helping him, whether it was restraint or counseling or jail time. When someone is not right in the head, you cant put all the blame on them, as they are only going on their actions which are "abnormal".
