ULEAD 3D AND P.S.7 ISSUE

HOW CAN I EXPORT A ULEAD3D FILE TO PS WITH OUT THE BACK GROUND

OR IS THERE A WAY TO MAKE THE FONTS 3D
A LA PEN N PIXEL LOOK?

i never used ulead before... but maybe if you make the background a completely different color, you can select it with the magic wand tool in PS and delete it. set the magic wand to anti-alias and tolerance of 0 or 1.... that should work...
