Big Nog Vs. Murr II is something I've been wanting to see for a while. A healthy Nog & an Obsessive Mir should play out well. Lil Nog vs. Bader should determine the new #1 contender for the LHW crown. Seeing The Muscle Shark in action after over a year layoff should be a sight to see, especially since he's fighting a dude who tooled Escudero & Griffin. Mini Kevin Randleman is never in a boring fight so seeing him & Jeremy Stephens go at it should be good. Serra vs. Lytle II should be good too. This card is stacked for the main portion & even the prelims look sick as fuck! Even if it didn't have name value you shouldn't knock it if you really are an mma fan. If not, PAC-Man is fighting soon so fuck off & wait for that.

Yeah, from what I've noticed the best cards have been the ones that I expected the least from, just from looking at them on paper.

lol Murr wasn't looking too sharp his last outing. Big Nog doesn't have to prove shit to anyone. He's earned his spot & is most def, an MMA Legend. As for the fight. I hope Frank plans to exchange with Mirko. "Right Kick Hospital, Left Kick Cemetery."

lol @ this point i think mir would do cro cop the same way he did kongo..

sure, he won his last one (luckily). but these days i feel like its a safe bet to assume mirko's gonna lose. if he loses 2 more in a row, i say its time to retire.

Cro cop don't look the same anymore, pretty much since he's joined the ufc, he fought a real tough dude in his last fight and almost lost, should be interesting what mir does in this fight, in all I see mir winning whatever don't matter how he does it, he can stand up or better he can submit you, cro cop just don't look the same anymore

Frank Mir: "I don't think Cro Co has lost a step"

"I don't know if he's ever really lost his step. I just think the fighters now in the UFC are just a little bit more aggressive than the fighters in PRIDE. Studying tape on him, I noticed that guys that back away from him and give him that respect, it seems like they get unleashed on a little harder than the guys that come forward... I think Cro Cop has a good sprawl, he has a good double underhooks. I think if I were to try to just drop and shoot on him, he would stop my shot. I think standing up with him is actually the route to go at first and then eventually when you work in the clinch, going to the ground is obviously a lot easier to do with him than Nogueira."

The new look UFC 119 main event, set for September 25 in Indian
......right. This is Frank Mir for ya. He's saying this so he'll look good if he wins and if he losses it will be because "Cro Cop hasn't lost a step". Everybody knows this ain't the same Cro Cop. He's slower and mentally damaged.

Mir does make sense tho, how would u feel if u had to fight nog again have his number, then get a call sayin dude iz hurt, now fight cro cop? Dudes a fuccin legend in the game, one of the best, ever! Its pretty hard to prep for one fighter let alone he gets hurt now u gotta change stategy during training
