The concert was a serious night for Northwest Hip-Hop. The show started with All World Records puttin' it down, got the crowd started for the night. Up next was Ricky Pharoe, he performed a few tracks from his new album "Civilized" and won the crowd over with his Acapella. After he got off the stage, DJ Kidd Kutlass and DJ Styles spun for a bit. The crowd was hot and Tru-ID hit the stage. He started off with his brand new track that's coming out on Reigncraft 5 (exclusive). After that, he performed a few of the tracks on his album, inlcuding one where he picked a fine ass broad from the crowd and she let it go on the stage. Up next was a surprise performance from Sonny Bonoho and he killed it, I can't wait for his album... he told me it's coming very soon. Now it was time for Unexpected Arrival. Man, Neema and his crew came through for the Northwest Scene. Eric Powers from Kube 93 was on hand to give D-Sane an Acheivement Award for Excellence in the Northwest Scene. After some very deep and powerful words, and a healthy "D-Sane" chant from the crowd, the UA set began. From the opening sneak preview of his Upcoming DVD to the plethora of live Guest Features on stage with him (Grynch, Crytical, Tru-ID to name a few). From start to finish the crowd was live and lovin' it. Lighters and Cell Phones lit up the venue for Whispers in the Wind. It was great. A solid turnout and a spectacular performance from the Artists involved.
