Thursday, police in Los Angeles arrested Damien Gates, 20, and Brandon Bynes, 23, both from LA for investigation of murder.
The men, who had handguns at the time of their arrest, are being held without bail.
Last week, police took into custody a 15 year-old girl in connectionwith the case. Because of her age, her name can't be revealed.
Santana, an actor on the "Steve Harvey Show" (now in syndication) and an aspiring rapper, was shot on November 9 while sitting in the passenger seat of a car in the 3900 block of Crenshaw Blvd. in south LA.
Police say the incident was precipitated by a verbal exchange that created a "grudge" between Santana, another man, and the two suspects. Exactly what the specifics are police aren't saying. However they don't believe the actor did anything to provoke the shooter.
