i live next to a grammer school and my window looks out on the school property, directly in front of a classroom that has grafitti on it. nothing stylistic mind u, just some sloppy spray paint that has "fuck the free world written on it." i happen to be doing some remodling and have a can of primer laying around. this grafitti has been up for 2 months, and i am sicc of looking at is. today i went into the office and asked if i could volunteer to paint over the words. there were 3 secretarys just standing around doing nothing but chatting. when i told them my plans 2 were for it, but the old bag in charge said the school upkeep board would do it. i pointed out that it has been there for months and all the little kids at summer school had to look at it as well as the neighborhood. she said it was the schools job. well i can see how much gets done with all the beaurocracy and walked out. real efficient just like those three hens standing around and talking.
