I have been using it off and on for the past 5 months. It curbs your hunger and gives you energy to burn. I only take it now when I am dragging ass. I droped 20 pounds in the first month and have kept it off. You can find deals on it through other websites besides the official Trimspa site.

I like Ripped Fuel myself...it gives you that "feeling".....
