I don't really see the big deal. Walmart leases commercial offices inside of their stores. It's not like it's Walmart's Budget MMA classes. Would it be any different if it was 50 feet away, outside and next door? At my local walmart there is an Insurance company, a glasses place, kids photographer, a fucking solon, and a gat damn mcdonalds.

Walmart takes a commission off of the earnings so they still have a vested interest in the business. My friend has a Jackson Hewitt (taxes) booth there and they take a cut off the top. It was a business decision by Walmart as well. Maybe they looked at it as residual income...
