Stop signs violation aren't as expensive
i hope theyre not as expensive.

that fuckin cop was so quick to pull me over for some bullshit violation. when i got into a car accident (hit and run) last month...not ONE fuckin cop showed up for over an hour. my girlfriend showed up within 30 mins and said she saw a bunch of cops at the burrito stop down the street so i had her go back over there to get atleast one cop to help me out but he told my lady that he was on break and that he will show up after hes done eating his fuckin burrito.

because of no cops showing up...the guy who hit me ran off on 2 flat tires and still got away because there were no cops around to catch the guy.

its fucked up how cops are rarely seen when in need, and the only time you see a cop is when they are pullin somebody over for some bullshit violation.

you can actually fight the case...if there's bushes or trees that are blocking the stop sign ...you can take pics and explain to the judge why you didn't make a full stop ...

How exactly is not stopping at a stop sign a bullshit violation? Either you're an idiot or you're an idiot. Yup, sorry champ. Not much of a choice on the matter because you either: (A) Didn't come to a complete stop...which means you didn't stop at all because there is no such thing as a "partial stop" given the definition of stop or (B) You're an idiot because you're bitching at the cops for citing you for something you obviously did.

And before you even try to think of some retort because you're ego will undoubtedly make you think of one no matter how lame or halfassed it is, ponder on this: You still owe the Great City of San Jose a hefty fee for something so stupid. Enjoy paying the fee's!

aight, i know i fucked up but i didnt do a "Rolling Stop" or whatever you want to call it. i did "stop" for a quick second because i didnt see any cars or kids/people around. the cop that pulled me over said that i did stop but not long enough. he said i needed to stop for more than 3 seconds. is that true or not?

and if you didnt read my other post....the ONLY reason why im pissed is because the cops didnt help me a month ago when i was involved in that hit-and-run accident. because of them not being around as often, like they were earlier today when i got my ticket, the dude who hit me in the accident got away because there were no cops responding to my call when i first reported the accident...and they were actually down the street "on break" when i reported the accident. now i cant get shit from my insurance because they cant find the guy who hit my car.

If you stopped for a second then you stopped. But it still sounds like you didn't. If you understood the amount of kinetic energy that is used to propel the car in the first place and the amount of friction that the brake pads would have to provide to transfer the KE of the car into some other type of energy then you would know that you definitely would have had to stop for more thana quick second.

Like I said either you stopped or you didn't. Meaning the wheels have to be completely stationary and the gear of the car has to be in neutral and then shift to a low gear. It doesn't sound like you have much of a case against the cop. You're fucked. But if you want you can waste your time in court.

There's been times my dad has been pulled over for not making a complete stop. And he did fully stop for at least 2 seconds. The cop who pulled him over stated he didn't do a full 10 second stop. So tell me what's BS now?
