How do you go about having enough proof for an overseas shipment as far as paypal is concerned? From my understanding you cant get tracking numbers on overseas shipments. Someone just made a purchase for $50 and I usually have no problems with my shipments, but I seen on his feedback that he recently bought over $100 of cds from someone and got his money back from paypal even though the seller said they showed proof of shipping.

I just want to make sure Im covered in case somethin like this gets pulled on me by this buyer. I have no idea if he was lieing or not because he has positive feedback from everyone else.

yes u can track it but who wants to pay 20 extra for tracking an overseas shipment, its already fucking expensive (about 8 euros for items over 100 g here in Germany). Paypal is a mess nowadays after reading that bullshit jay was involved and seeing that paypal even when he provides a tracking decides against him, i cant really say if i want to deal with that bullshit any longer. Anybody could file a complaint then get their money back dont matter if they received their shit or not. WTF???? Its a mess.......

sure? and u can track it afterwards? u talking about international shipment not nationally, do you? If so i would handle it the same way you do if the item goes for a higher price. On the other hand i sent 4 insured packages to England (it took about 3€ more then usual). Insured and normally there should be a signed card coming back (wurde wie Einschreiben mit Rückschein verschickt!) but there was never anything coming back. The post office told me this might happen, but c'mon 4 times out of 4 nothing came back. Also it happend to Jay even if you got a tracking no. paypal gives a shit and sending the money back. So you paid the cds the extra shipping and the handling and still got robbed, nice......

without insurance to japan as maxibrief it's 8€. insurance for 100€ as "wertbrief" is 10.50 i think. each additional 100€ is 1€.

it's like a parcel you can track it and you'll get the insurance back in case it will get lost. I don't know if that's enough for paypal but you could sue them in case you got the money and time, lol.
