I read that the leaked version was a physical copy & different than the iTunes/digital versions so I analyzed the tracks in my DAW and here's the differences:

01. BLOOD. - identical

02. DNA. - identical

03. YAH.
- final version has "New shit! New Kung Fu Kenny!" vocals by Kid Capri @0:03

04. ELEMENT.
- final version has the humming vocal sample mixed slightly louder throughout the song (@0:40, @1:30 and @2:21)

05. FEEL. - identical

06. LOYALTY. - identical

07. PRIDE.
- final version has a ~3 second fade-in; otherwise identical

08. HUMBLE. - identical

09. LUST.

- final version has "Drones" instead of "Lust" @4:05

10. LOVE.
- final version has drum/Kendrick vocal intro 0:00-0:07
- final version has "Another world premiere!" by Kid Capri @0:12
- leak version has "We still lettin' it spin y'all. Here we go!" intro by Kid Capri from 0:00-0:05
- final version has drums from 1:39-1:54 and 2:55-3:10; they're mixed out in leak version

11. XXX.

- final version has "New Kung Fu Kenny!" by Kid Capri @0:24
- final version has "Alright kids we're gonna talk about gun control..." by Kendrick @2:27-2:32

12. FEAR.
- final version has intro & outro 'voicemail'-type vocals from Kendrick's cousin Carl Duckworth
- both have different outros starting @6:10:
- final version has a different instrumental/vocal outro; total track length :46 longer
- leak version has regular instrumental fade-out and "I've been hungry all my life...starved to the bone" vocal sample

13. GOD. - identical

14. DUCKWORTH.

- final version "God is one funny mothafucka" @0:49 changed from "Life is one funny mothafucka"




overall notes:

- some extremely minor start and end time differences (dead air; less than 2 seconds)
- only major difference is the outro on FEAR.

i'm really feeling the first part of the xxx beat with the crackling piano sample. Seems like his least conceptual album or at least his least obvious one. I'm really diggin it over all.

maybe i'm just reading too much into the cover, but i noticed the "M" kinda gives Kendrick horns which gives another layer to the title of the album

I hope this is still up when I get to a stop w better connectivity. Need this. I slept on damn until New Years got hella high on special k lsd and Molly that it became one of my fav Kendrick albums much less one of the best that year for sure.

I passed on this when I saw it, but I heard the song on the radio and was vibing off it before I knew what it was, and I don’t usually get anything from sza. I heard the rest of the album and I’m impressed—some dope sounds coming from Kendrick and company.



TDE on fiiiiyah.

Even the mozzy song was okay with me. I might give 1 up top a listen after all lol
