HBK didn't wrestle from 1998 to 2002.. Which is when the Rock blew up.

Rocky was pretty much done when Shawn came back at the end of 2002..

Though, the Rock and HBK were both in the Corporation.. And when it was the DX feuds with the Nation, it was after Shawn had retired... And it was still Hunter and Rocky feuding for the IC title.. Shawn was a level higher than Rock for the short time (2 years or so) they were in the company together.

When Rocky first became "The Rock" was with his feud with Austin at the end of 97 early 98.. Bad Blood, Survivor Series, DX, and Royal Rumble PPVs.. Which HBK was feuding with Taker, then Hart, then Shamrock then Taker in that time.
