I believe, for the most part, the difference between the gamey and non-gamey taste in an animal is whether the animal was wild or farm raised.

Well, yeah, I knew that. I should have asked if it's gamey tasting? Or is it like bison and really isn't too gamey.

Yak is pretty good too.

That's good, cause they look canned. I grew up eating canned green beans and I absolutely hated them (still do). Then I was served fresh green beens and it was like eating an entirely different vegetable. It's not even remotely comparable.
