can this person upload a scan i've only seen 2002 cds in my life so i was curious about this 1999 version.......

yeah i'm sure it was a 99 release. i don't remember where it said it, on the cd itself or the back cover. but i'm 99% sure there was no 2002 on it anywhere.
btw, you still collecting old N.O. tapes? or seen or heard of any other unknown N.O. tapes that we didn't know about before?
yes still collecting but nuthin new...i wanna see 1 copy if not i wll still believe it's a 2002 cd release...on 99 just lil jinks on too loaded records
