Hey yall, I would just like to dedicate this thread to my most beloved and most business oriented uncle of all time. My uncle Ramiro. He had to close the greatest and longest running Oak Park restaurant/food stop of all time TACO RICO!!! He finally went with his decision to close down his longtime business due to retirement, hey I gotta give it up to this guy, he and his family had been strivin and working so hard grillin his mouthwaterin burgers, blending milkshakes to even poppin out beer bottles for all the local everyday folks and visitors. He had been runnin his business for so long and the last time I was there was last spring when I went with my family to visit my relatives up in Sac and Frisco. It was the last time I spent the evening with them in their spot eating up my cheeseburger. I was wonderful and in the end they were talking about his upcoming retirement and his final day to sadfully close his wonderful restaurant; the only place around the hood where you can either eat a burger or a burrito and sip a coke or a "beer". It finally happened when he came down to Dago for a visit and told me the news. Its a sad thing but he also was doing the right thing to finally end his long-time business and then give it a long rest for the rest of his valuable life, ya feel me! If any of you used to stop by and holla at him and his folks and eat at his place tell me all about it. I'm grateful to hear it or read your thoughts and some of the greatest "historical" memories. He knows everyone out there, I not even surprised if Lynch or T-Nutty nut have met him generations back. Sucks, I'm now gonna miss his place
