Logos are best made in black and white so you can use them for anything, then add color when you add it to designs or just to make a fancy version. But the headphones look too...how can I say it, wide? Like it doesn't look natural. Also just my idea would be to make the skull gold to match the headphones, or visa-versa, and then make the text match the texture maybe? For a logo tho I would just use a very plain text, no glows or textures, maybe a slight stroke. Also for the logo image its self I wouldn't put a glow, only when it's like featured in a design.
