To all my Mexican folks on the sicc, I need some help?

a few years back my boy's fam made some carnitas the real way with the huge ass pot and paddle to stir it with. They used hella manteca and cooked it for like 12-13 hours. I need some step by step advice on doing this myself. I know you mu fuckaz know exactly how to do it, and prolly have some bomb recipies of your own. So please help this gringo out cause Ibeen tryna do that shit for years and don't know how. thanks ya'll......also if theres an easy way to do it on the stove and have it taste the same way please hook me up with that method. I just want some hella crispy and succulent carnitas.

Theres no "Easy" way to do this homie. If you want some good ass carnitas mi amigo, it takes time and patience if you want the real deal but first you must teach me how to catch Mewtwo if you seek my knowledge on Carnitas.

god damn that sentence made my mouth water and my stomach burble just like in the cartoons. on my life i will eat carnitas today, guaran-fuckin-teed i will make that trip to the el rinconsito and get me a plate. maybe 2

i dunno why dont you just fuckin type in "how to make authentic carnitas" or "authentic carnitas recipe" or some shit into google you lazy ass. you dont think hispanics are on the internet any place but here?

my babies momma is mexican so i be eatin it all the time, all u gotta do is buy the carnitas from the mexican store (I don't know if they have those where u live, but where i live there everywhere),and then when u get it from the mexican food store u re-fry it and mix it wit some spicy chile typa stuff if u know what i mean.......

EDIT: u could buy it from the mexican food store already cooked and then u re-fry it and mix it with spicy stuff

go to a mexican store(carniceria) on a weekend and they'll hook it up. It's a hassle to make, that's why most carnicerias(mex meat market) make them(carnitas) on the weekends. My pops will go and buy some on sat/sun and bring home about a half a pound to a pound and my mom will have the beans and salsa ready for lunch/dinner. She'll make some pico de gallo when she has time, but for a quick meal carnitas from a carniceria is the way to go.

theres really no recipe, its lard, pork shoulder, salt.

simmer till its cooked then crank up the heat to brown/crispy up the outside.

Everyone ive seen cook it used an orange, halved, squeezed, and thrown into the pot. some use lime, onion, bay leaves blahblah.

my wife who is half white/mexican cooks sum of the best carnitas anyones has ever had. I could ask her to type the recipe when she gets back. but she don't use no wooden paddle and pot. but it does take hours. but godamn are the fuckin proper!

any REAL mexican knows that when u cook carnitas,in the hole,with the paddle and all that,..that u need to use coke(soda) to make the outside nice and brown and crispy with a sweetness to it!,.it will make a nice brown coat around the carnita chunks!..then you'll really be making carnitas!...but alot of peeps dont know that coke or pepsi is the main ingredient!

lol..here goes on

first u need a pot....
when u buy the pork buy it in chunks..
use enough lard so the pork is submerged...make sure u get it to boil first.then turn it down...add garlic in the lard...salt pepper..lil paprika..simmer the pork for 5 hours......on the last 45mins throw a half 2 liter in there....when the pork is finish...it will come apart and eat that shit...easy recipe
