I remember when clinton was president. He sent more funds to these cities police departments, more homies were getting locked, More patrols through the neighborhoods. Police departments have more money to spend when the democrats are in the white house. Democrats tend to favor whats happening in our backyards than what the whole world is doing.

ITS GOOD DEMOCRATS GIVE MONEY TO THE COMMUNITY, BUT AS FOR THE POLICE ITS WHAT THEY DO WITH THE MONEY THAT THEY GET US LOCKED UP, CUZ THEY WOULD LIKE TO GET A QUICK FIX TO THE PROBLEMS IN THE COMMINUTY AND NOT THE ROOT OF THE WHOLE SITUATION CUZ TO ALL OF THEM WHO GIVES A FUCK ABOUT US.
