For those that don't know yet, he has been training with Couture since the Liddell defeat. He is ready to step back into the octagon and kick some azz!

This post doesnt have much of a meaning, but I can't stand if there is not even one MMA or boxing thread on the first page.

Just chop it up...since they have both been in a drought for a month now.

Silva vs Jackson rematch? I hope it happens and Silva whoops his ass AGAIN.

Anyone read what Militech said about Ortiz, cuz Ortiz accused his camp of doing roids.

The owner of Pride would whoop Dana White anywhere anytime.

See what I mean, just chop it up.

I await the 4 total replies, since MMA and boxing gets slim to no shyne on the siccness.

Tito said one sentence on MMA.tv and everyone goes nuts... There was a thread about " Forget Randy, why doesn't Tito go train with Pat" and he responds with "Why? I dont juice"...Militich then logs on and makes like 20 posts directed at Tito claiming he ruined Tony Fryklunds career and old bullshit about his streetfight with Lee Murray. Pat's just bringing up shit that has nothing to do with anything.

But back to the topic, its good to see Tito getting back to his wrestling roots.

Vanderlei is one of my favorites, but Quinton (another fav of mine) has what it takes to beat him, and just might next time around. But Silva will be fighting Kondo next.

They have not been training since the Liddell fight but are training right now up here in Sac. I got a couple of partners that are sparring with them for more bodies. They have an open session this Saturday at Empire in Sac, cost is only $5 bucks to see two of the top MMA fighters in the world. Interesting note, from what I hear of the training they picked up right were they left off with Randy owning Tito. Tito also looks small. I think its great for Tito to work on his wrestling with Randy, and its good for Randy as well as he prepares for Vitor next month.

All I know is Tito better do somethin to get himself back on track. All he seems to be doin is pissin everybody off like Lee Murray, Ken Shamrock, and now Pat Militech. I do believe he is someone to watch in the octagon, but talkin is one thang and walkin is another. I want to see him back to his old ways and start talkin more in the ring than outside. I would like to see him fight Ken Shamrock one more time to see if Ken could give him a better challenge. We just might see it in February.

I think Belfort will rock him though.
