What do yall think? At first I thought it was T-Mac but u gotta think about this in another way besides on paper. This man led his team to victory in a series against the Lakers, the 3-time defending champs. If this still dont proves him as the best player in the league then I dont know what will. He also won that MVP for a reason. So yall hataz, can stop sayin that he's over rated because he showed why he deserved it in that series against LA.

@TOny....U playin right? Duncan led his team to victory PAST Kobe. Then Webber and Iverson couldnt have beat the Lakers this year in the playoffs. Hell...Webber my boy and all but the Kings couldnt beat the Spurs this season

I think if Webber didn't injure his leg the kings would have knocked out the mavs and then the spurs but that's just sum speculation. For me right now Duncan is the best player in the league and then Iverson.

Just because your team eliminates another doesnt mean they have the better player. Duncan is just flat out awesome, but your point concerning his skill because of how he played against a struggling L.A. this year doesnt say any more then how his team got swept last year. He had Robert Horry guarding him, what did you expect would happen. Duncan has help on his team, this isn't a case of "well he doesnt have anybody" like is constantly being thrown around on this board. I don't think he is the best player in the NBA, but I think he was the best this year, in this one single season, yes he was the best.

Why do you continue to contradict yourself? At first u said he aint the best player but then u saud he was the best this year. And dont go talkin that shyt about the Lakers strugglin because u was one of the main people sayin they was gone win it all again so dont pull that shyt now.

Karl Malone once beat out Jordan for the Most Valuable Player award, does that mean Malone is a better player then Jordan, or does it mean for that single season, he was the better player. It really wasn't hard to understand that if you wouldn't try so hard to argue me.

Im a big fan of the Lakers; im not going to tell you I didn't think they were going to win the title, but I will tell you if they pulled a miracle last seed playoff spot and entered the post season with both Kobe and Shaq out for its entirety, I would say the same things about a title.

Man if the Spurs beat the Lakers then I know the Kings would of beat the Lakers if Webber was healthy. The Spurs will not win the NBA championship. The Nets will beat them!! The Nets are serious can't you tell? They know how to finish games and the Spurs don't!
