MY RATING SCALE:

5= Classic.
4= Excellent. A few less-than-great songs, but still dope.
3= Decent. You won't be wasting your $, but could be better.
2= Mediocre. You don't need this unless you're a fan(atic).
1= Wack (no explanation needed)

That said, here's how I'd rate E-40's CDs:

Federal 5/5
The Mailman 4 and a half/5
In A Major Way 5/5
The Hall of Game 4/5
Element of Surprise 4/5
Charlie Hustle 3/5
Loyalty & Betrayal 3/5
Grit & Grind 3 and a half/5

In A Major Way is the E-40 album that stands out to me.My favorite album followed closely by Federal.Classic albums indeed....

I couldn't of rated them better myself...

I think the new joint 40's about to drop is gonna be a classic, all those joints I heard on the radio so far are hella hard, very on point with lyrics
