I really respect Del as an artist and I actually had a chance to meet him once when he was in town for a show and we chopped it up for like 20 minutes about funk and some old school shit

That's cool I sent an interview request to Hieroglyphics earlier today. I am trying to get an interview with him. I have never met him, but I have been hooked on his music for a long time.

great rapper, great performer, but he doesnt care much about the fans, everytime ive seen him in concert, he dipped out right after the show, and made security hold everyone in the building while he jumped in a car that was already running, and theyd take off right as he closed the door, like some president shit, lol

I can't listen to a whole del album.....his voice pisses me off way too fucking much for that.....and his rhyming style doesn't help.....I mean, don't get me wrong, he's a great rapper and a tremendous freestyler too, but I can't listen to him for too long or I'll wanna stab myself in the ears....


and I laugh hella hard when I hear that line from deltron "....talkin bout he's from Oakland, WHAT? I'll whoop you"

bought both I wish my brother George was here and No need for alarm waaaay back in the day and i still bump those album's from time to time, but i havent heard much of his music after that....

I can't speak highly enough about dude. Del is one of my favorites, but I gotta say that I'm tired of waiting for The 11th Hour. It was supposed to come out right after the 11th Hour DVD last year. As far as I know its now gonna drop on February 26th, 2008.

It should be a brilliant album though.

As for Deltron 3030 part 2, thats the album I want to happen over everything else. Fingers crossed it will really happen.

he has a cool ass rap name. however ive never been interested in listening to even one song by him. I don't know i just can't see myself listening to a rapper that performs with a rain stick.
