The only bad part about Olive Garden is they actually want to talk to you about your complaint. Its one thing making up a story on a website, but its another to actually have to lie to a person. But if you do take the time to talk to them, they will 'reward' you for your 'troubles'...LOL!

Most restaurants won't fire their employee over a complaint, but they will make them take a paid 4 hour class on customer service. So in essence, you are actually putting more money in the server's pocket.

I either say it was a young female, or if I know a place is really picky, I will call and ask who handled the tables in the bar area on a certain night, and blame them.
