I had never stepped foot in an Outback a day in my life. I said that I was at the one in concord and felt discriminated against because I was there with my black husband. I got letter of apology with gift cards from the manager, the district manager and the regional manager. I went to the one in Vacaville and ate like royalty.

You don't have to complain all the time, compliments get you shit, too.

LOL...Me n Musty used to do this shit all the time. We actually called it Project SICC (Sending In Customer Complaints).

thats crazy...me and my lady went to tahoe joes ( steakhouse ) in vacaville...and there were hella tables open...yet no one would seat us...my lady is white/kenya mix...we are an interracial couple...but i swear we stood at that door for 10 minutes, hella people that worked there saw us and wouldnt do a fuckin thing..i finally asked for the manager...and he never came so we left....i dont think i have ever felt so pissed...i was ready to burn the bitch down
