I'm gonna start taking no2 in a few days to add to my workouts and i was wondering if anyone on here has taken it before, and if so, what are the side effects and how well did it work for you? I've heard nothing but good things about it but money issues kept me from getting serious with it in the past. I always eat alot of protein-rich food and keep on the protein shakes and bars as added help.
