third party PS3 controllers

These controllers are good, the vibration is impressive for any game you play. Farcry 2 for example it vibrates for every step you take while sprinting and feels realistic.

I'd have to agree, the regular Sixaxis controllers feel cheap and are generally lousy all-around, but the dual shock 3 is a step up... has some weight to it, doesn't feel like it's gonna break from regular gaming & it responds well.

i've never tried the regular six-axis controller.. only the dual shock 3. but i've been playing with playstation controllers for 14 years now. its a classic design to me, way better than the xbox controllers IMO.

But I do have to say, after using a 360 controller 99% of the last year, PS3 controllers just don't feel right anymore.

I think its more accustomed to the person whos using, ps3 controllers fit great for people with small hands while you need big ones for the xbox. I can't wrap mine around the 360 controller myself, but I think its a good controller still.

i usually see that reasoning coming from xbox fans.. it always comes off as being more of a diss towards ps3 users than a legit claim. my hands arent small & the xbox controller fits fine in them, i just prefer the PS layout.

makes me wonder how some of yall are holding these controllers.. of course if you try to put a fuckin death-grip on the ps3 controller & wrap your hands all around it then its gonna feel small. thats not how its sposed to be held though..

i find that hard to believe that a ps3 doesnt sell as many in the eastern regions...they play more than tsunami wave master over there...( too soon ?)


anyways....i went and bought the 360 clone controller it was 40.00...trying it out now...so far im pulling combos on MK9 (demo) faster than with a standard ps3 controller...

it has a dongle for wireless, six axis, vibration ( for mooreblocks mom ) LED buttons...not as heavy feeling as the 360 controller....some of the complaints i heard was about the l2/r2 buttons being tight..they feel firm and a bit larger than the ps3 controller

the d-pad is raised slightly higher which feels better for me

my one complaint is the grips that it has it feels like mooreblocks moms pussy stubble...gets irritating feeling that shit

i have 7 days to use it according to game stop...so i will try it out for 6 and make a final decision...i also found that buy.com has good prices for genuine ps3 controllers about what i paid for this one, so i ordered one also...
