I had these 2 songs up for hella long and they were over famous beats. Like mixtape songs. I got a message that they were taken down for copyright infringement. Has this happened to anyone else?

now you ask yourself...is it really YOUR MYSPACE?...

this is something the RIAA and other agencies are doing to start cracking down on copyright infringements...

but if you think about it..this will give the artist a new idea..like..umm..lets see...

yeah, i personally dont like rappin on industry beats because u cant do wat u want wit tha song.....cant sell it or perform it w/o sweatin the record companies.......my patna likes to do it tho, i keep tellin him to fuck wit regular beats, cause to me it's more fun when u make a good song to a beat people aint used to, and they still respond to it..........

Sometimes I won't even listen to the original song. Ill just get the beat and do my thang to it. For example, I recently did a song over TI's Live in the Sky but I never heard the song. I just found the instrumental. Ill post it up in the near future so you guys can peep it. But I know I don't rap nothing like TI. But TI is sick though.

REAL TALK!!!!!! you can find free beats on the Siccness alone if you network it right. The song was dope the 1st time... dont run it into the ground especially if somebody like Lil Wayne already ripped it for they mixtape as well. Step it up... atleast try to chop & Screw it, re-sample it, or make it slightly different then the way you downloaded it.

100 mixtapes dropped today and they all had the same beats!

music has going down the drain tho..because these artist don't wanna spend money on a producer that can make good beats..

spend that money and you'll see the return out of it..

yea i kno someone who uses beats, but when he does do his songs he usually chooses the more unknown songs, and sometimes has never even heard it. sometimes he does popular songs to fuck around, but he doesn't put em on myspace or tell people about em.

industry beats is coo if you use them right.....like some said its better sometimes to not know the original song and youll make a whole new song to the same beat but every now and then i like to use same concept as original song but flip it my own way......the whole purpose of mixtapes is promotion though.....not everyone knows producers or can get a free beat thas GOOD....i rather hear someone use an industry beat then some crappy ass beat the kid next door made........i jus hate when people use industry beats on thier real albums.....
