Shyne has been quietly serving out his sentencing for the 1999 shooting at Manhattan's Club NY. Shyne was arrested outside of the club for possession of a gun. After over six months of a high-profile media trial, Puffy was exonerated while Shyne faced the music and a sentence of 10 years in jail.

This is an older story I came across.. I dunno how true it is....

"Def Jam Record's head honcho, Antonio Reid, confirmed this weekend that Shyne is indeed newly signed to the famous rap label.

"While it is premature to discuss the details of our arrangement with Shyne, we are proud to welcome him to our Def Jam family," Reid told the NY Times."

yeah i heard him say that shit, but i read it in the XXl that came out like 2 or 3 months ago, it was an old interview, but they had left hella shit out, so they put it out again but with the shit they didnt print, he was saying puffy's a bitch, and that's all i'm saying, but then in that same issue they had and interview with puffy and he was like oh nah it's no beef me and shyne is coo or whateva
