Well, let me give my outlook on things...
For one, Games album will be heavily bootlegged and he/it will have little to no effect on 'bringing the west back'. IMO, consumers are ALREADY tired of the west coast trying to come back and looking for something else, waaay before game even drops. Two, i wouldnt say the west was ever dead, that was just an outsiders outlook on things.
Enjoy what? are we supposed to be a southern californian version of the bay when E-40 dropped my ghetto report card, screaming "SOUTHERN CALI IS BACK!" because one person dropped an album? one person dropping an album dosent mean shit. it takes a collective effort of a gang of mutha fuckas from the west to bring the west back. (thats if you ever considered the west dead?)
as far as a westcoast artist bieng relevent around the world, all these kids around the world have the internet and know about all the suspect shit game has done over the past 3 years. he dosent get the amount of respect it takes to make a whole coast look good. the only good game can do in my eyes, is use his money to find someone more credible to hold the throne.
as long as message boards have a whole forum full of posts for one rapper, thats all thats gonna be seen and thats all that will be heard...seems simple enough to me...its not about bastardizing the coast by getting one big rapper...its building up the morale by having dozens and dozens of rappers that could be big...(read: death row, even wu tang on the east)
I must be the only person that realized Ice-T was on "rap school" and not KRS-One. The west coast will always have placement, we just need to act like it and not put all our chips on one bet.

my opinion on the state of the west coast and games ability to further it has little if nothing to do with the siccness threads. thats called wasting time at work.
that said. you dont feel 16+ threads and a official game thread is a little obsessive? (i mean, why is a game thread vital if all of the threads are game threads?) i think there actually is more to talk about, yet and still im sure i'll hear "why dont you make the threads yourself?"

Hahahaha! Funny shit. I came on here for the first time since Friday and said "Why the fuck is there so many Game posts?" Probably just a bunch of people thinking they are going to start the new "Hot Topic" in this forum by making a post about Game and having a hundred replies. They're thinking they are the first ones to break the news to everyone else.
