What do you think is the worst and the best CD cover in your opinion?

The best in my opinion is Too $hort's - Shorty The Pimp - coz that cover was right on point and actually represented what the album was about.



The worst is this one, i mean what was he thinking??

I am also rating album covers on this community. Just so y'all people know if incase you see your album cover being judged on here, don't take it personal if I don't like it. It's just my opinion and just because I don't like your album cover doesn't mean I think your album is whack.

  • Best Covers:
    Snoop Dogg - Paid The Cost To Be The Boss
  • Good shot of snoops face!

    Chino XL - I Told You So
  • With the fire, brimstone, and Chino walking in the middle of it, it seems to represent his firery return!

    Ke-Noe - Life as a Mack Vol. 1
  • Basically represents the thematic of his album as his life as a mack. Shown with a good shot of him in some stylish threads!

    All of Ice Cube's album covers
  • No doubting that

    Sarkastik - No Image, No Gimmicks, Straight Lyrics
  • Gets straight to the point, the naked man basically states what his album is about right there!

    V-Boy - The Studio Fix
  • V-Boy I gotta give ya graphic team credit for this one! It's original!

    FTS - Money Motivated
  • This is nice, a group setting at a table giving the camera the attention.

  • I like the subway cars on it. They don't look nothing like the actual BART cars, but close enough!

  • All you see is a black cover with a little chronic leaf and that's it? Not too exciting if you ask me!

  • All that jigsaw puzzle crap is annoying.

    Skunt - Tha Streetz is Enuf
  • You don't even see his face, I honestly think that you have to be in the album cover to give the album it's credit. Not showing your face on an album cover to me is like a coward manuver!

    Eminem - The Eminem Show
  • This just looks stupid period. An empty stage with an empty mic!

    Birdie - Poetic Epedemic
  • To me this album cover just looks horrible. The graphic work on it just seems to be uneven with the red shade in the background and the bright lettering of the name. The image of seattle on fire does not look appealing either as the concept is overdone. The colors aren't subtle, aren't blended, and is irritating to look at.

    Mr. Sinatra - As The World Burnz
  • This album cover concept is way overdone. Didn't I see Lil Wayne come with this concept already for "Tha Block Is Hot"
