I dont usually do this, but an ex-coworker of mine and her husband died in a car accident on Friday. She was like best friends with one of my good friends, and though I hadn't seen her in a couple of years, She definately will be missed.

I've been lucky enough to never have known anyone my age, who I knew well, pass away. And it's kinda surreal.

It's funny/fucked up thinking about the times we would give each other shit at work, and to think she's not with us anymore is really sad.

She was a good girl, married just a few years and they just bought a new house.

So if you could keep their family in your prayers or whatever you do that would be great.

damn, I haven't been to church in a while, but every night, and I hardly tell people this, but I look up at my electrical power lines that are shaped like a cross (I took some pics of it so I can show Trav and Tech because it makes me think of "Everready: The Religion" as a battery AND as a Cross)in my backyard and confess/ pray about the goods and bads in this world to who/what ever made us. so yeah, you and their families have my prayers and condolences.

about you feeling this stuff to be surreal, I understand how you feel because that's exactly how I felt the moment I found out my mom passed away back a few years ago. Take care, homie.

RIP to all loved ones and friends that have been lost.

One of my friends I grew up with got murdered a couple months ago. He opened the front door and got shot dead in the chest.... was left there to die in the house in front of some little kids. Shit was fucked up. The funeral was really nice though. RIP Steffen Bobson.

I take death pretty well but last august I saw a young man go way before his time. A senior in high school... driving his 2 sisters into school on a country road whenever a grain truck pulled out in front of him. The Ford Probe went under the truck and ripped the top of the car off... his sisters survived he did not.

I'm very thankful I wasn't the first on the scene because stopping and making sure they had a cell phone was pretty fucking hard at that point... so R.I.P to the ones who mean something to us and even the ones who we may not even know... and may their family be kept in good health and good spirit.

Car wrecks are a terrible thing. I had a good friend taken away by a motorcycle wreck about 6 months ago. It's hard to believe they are gone permanently. Although, good friends will live on forever through the people who knew them, continue to remember them, and remind others of all the great things about them....

Same thing just happened to my college roommate two weeks ago in the same fuckin apt I just moved out of two months ago. The fucked up part is I was supposed to be there that night. Me nor him is into that beefin' shit, drugs or whatever the case may be, but my life has been sent into a straight 180 these past 5 years. I've lost two cousins under 25 at the same time, one was 14, another 23, and a friend also 23.... I dont think that our generation will have too many people die of old age.
