I was watchin this shit last night on the History channel. They found rocks in Canada that dated over 4 billion years old. So this can surely disprove religion and all that shit cuz this of course is WAAAAY before any kind of human presense was here....

Anyone else watch this? How can there be science like this that is proven FACT the world was created far before the thought of religion came about, but yet people still believe in a "GOD" or higher power?

I don't get it. Explain the big bang theory, what is the missing link? Why is there a missing link? Is here something that says that God could not have existed 4 billions years ago? Why are there so many unanswered questions in SCIENCE yet they have made their hypothesis a theory? If we came from apes why are there still apes? Why the fuck did they not evolve? opposable thumb go dumb.

This is not news.

According to science, the Earth and everything around it began with an explosion of a Super Nova. Things started smashing together, the sun was formed and had enough gravity to make debris orbit around it. That matter then crashed together to form planets, asteroids, etc. etc. And here we are...

Science is not exact...but there is a lot of shit to support these theories.

1. Did we evolve from monkeys?

Humans did not evolve from monkeys. Humans are more closely related to modern apes than to monkeys, but we didn't evolve from apes, either. Humans share a common ancestor with modern African apes, like gorillas and chimpanzees. Scientists believe this common ancestor existed
5 to 8 million years ago. Shortly thereafter, the species diverged into two separate lineages. One of these lineages ultimately evolved into gorillas and chimps, and the other evolved into early human ancestors called hominids.

2. How did humans evolve?

Since the earliest hominid species diverged from the ancestor we share with modern African apes, 5 to 8 million years ago, there have been at least a dozen different species of these humanlike creatures. Many of these hominid species are close relatives, but not human ancestors. Most went extinct without giving rise to other species. Some of the extinct hominids known today, however, are almost certainly direct ancestors of Homo sapiens. While the total number of species that existed and the relationships among them is still unknown, the picture becomes clearer as new fossils are found. Humans evolved through the same biological processes that govern the evolution of all life on Earth. See "What is evolution?", "How does natural selection work?", and "How do organisms evolve?"

I'm eating Chex party mix.

The secret to good Chex party mix is to use 1.5 times the called for amounts of butter, Worcestershire sauce, seasoned salt, garlic powder and onion powder.

And here is something that supports the theory of the Earth's formation. Rocks on the moon can be found on Earth.

Are Moon Rocks Like Earth Rocks?
The moon has many, many different rock types. Most of the rocks are breccias, which are hard, solid rocks that have broken up and formed back together in different combinations. Since the moon is constantly changing from the impact of meteors, breccias are continually being formed. Breccias aren't unique to the moon. Volcanic areas on earth have a lot of breccias, as well. Many of the moon rocks are a very dense hard rock called basalt that is also a very common rock on earth. Most of Hawaii is basalt.

The biggest surprise about the moon rocks was that over 80 percent of the moon seems to be light colored feldspar, which is also the most common rock on earth. This supports a theory that at one time the entire surface of the moon was molten, just one huge magma ocean 300-400 miles deep! As it cooled, the lighter minerals, like feldspar, floated to the top. The heavier ones, like the darker colored basalt, stayed below the surface.

What common ancestor? They have no fuckin idea that's a hypothesis not a theory that these fuckers turned into a theory. The missing link means they don't have the ANSWER but WE SHOULD believe that shit because that's what they think but have no idea what it is. HUH? They find bones and link it to humans based on chromosomes. So what? That does not prove we came from the same place. their two major theories: how the earth was made and evolution have major holes in it. These are my own beliefs though, conclusions I have made through my own research so to each his/her own.
