This video should be shown to a lot more people to get a good idea of how they're looked at by some black people for using the word nigga. Everyday there's more Chicanos using the word nigga and it sparks a lot of controversy amongst our own Raza but if you watch this video dude covered some of his bases when it comes to the word and how there's no excuse for other cultures to be using the word. If it was the other way around and other cultures were using the word "Wetback" there would be many Chicanos who would have a problem with it. Not here to argue this but only to say always be proud of who you are. Keep It Brown!

LOL.. only in amerikkka can white people create the word 'nigger' almost a hundered years ago and have black people today 'claim' the word for their use only!..

Most people who used to say that shit eventually grow up and mature out of it anyway so black folx.. feel free to keep the word.. I hadn't said "nigga" to someone since the mid to early 90's when I finally got schooled by an O.G. about it. When you stop saying that type of shit, your vocabulary grows.

Maybe yall "Nigga is our word" 'niggas' should stop calling non-black folx 'your nigga' if you don't want someone to refer to you as one. I know crips from N. Hayward who laugh at other black folx who trip on mexicans sayin nigga. Cuz in person, nobody says shit about it... its always on the net or in something not as personal as a face to face conversation.

We just wanted to make it clear on our behalf that it doesn't matter to us at all how people decide to talk that's their personal decision and preference. This video was posted to see how some black people still view the word and it's use by other cultures. This thread isn't about Homeboys using the word "nigga". We all know how many agree and disagree on that subject alone already. The dude in the video addressed this in the terms of ones race not gang affiliation. Times have changed for some and for others tradition still carries over through generations. As far as Homeboys we keep it unity amongst all and being Chicano we keep it Brown with them Northern California ways. The rest of the world don't know the Brown mans differences or gang affiliations they think we're all the same or we just crossed the border and that's real shit.
