"The West Coast" Baseball Team Logo Shirt???

I saw somebody wearing a shirt the other day that was black, and across the front it said "The West Coast" in 3 lines. Each letter was represented by a baseball team's logo (for example "C" was the Cincinnati Reds logo).

I have searched all over the net, and checked TRU (where I had seen a similar shirt - the Mets logo, but it read "West")

Has anybody ever seen this shirt? Where can i cop one? Any help would be great! Thanks!
