The Two Different PS3's

not much different.....but the higher end $599 60gb model will have hdmi wifi an a noticeable brighter font w/ silver lining on the shell

the lower end 20gb model will be lacking those...but all can be upgraded except the hdmi slot


im gettin the 60gb...fucc it i got hdtv

that HDMI is a must. could care less about the bigger hard drive or any of that,will buy the premium package for that alone. once you go HD you can never go back

Black was the best looking one of the three, I thought, from the beginning.. Silver was alright.. I thought the white was ugly...

^ didnt you read the first post...it also has Wifi, meaning you'll be able to connect to the internet wireless, and also HDMI which is the standard connection for high definition, it is audio and video all in one cable.

I'll be buying the deluxe version.

the gaming industry is going falling off.......all they offer is better graphics(ps2&xbox still had potential).

BTW.......your hdtv compatible television needs 1080p resolution in order to take the full advantage of the ps3......so hold off on buying a high definition tv......i would wait a few months after the ps3 is out.... so tv manufacturers can make more tvs that are 1080p compatible. There are hdtv w/ 1080i but finding one w/ 1080p is very expensive(but very possible)! Sony might be goin in the wrong direction w/ 2 consoles that are overpriced(to the average gamer). I'm a ps2 fan i havn't given up on the system yet(it still has potential but every company is moving on to the next gen. console).

I might just have to hold off on a ps3(for a few months) and buy a Nintendo Evo instead......i'm sure nintendo will surprise the gaming market w/ their console.

I believe the different color ps3's will only be available in japan..The market for multicolor systems is huge over there..thats why they only release 1 or maybe 2 color systems over here..

well no one knows for sure but sony said "black will be released 1st".....that could mean that there are gonna be other colors.....AND about the hard drive.....sony has said that if u wanna use a separate hard drive such as for a laptop thats 2.5 inches like the ps3 hard drive u can swap them out.....toshiba is relasing a 200 gb 2.5 hard drive in august....how much is gonna be is somethin else tho
