Dont know and dont care! They have hella dumb rules that they need to get rid of, why just pick that one out?? U must be a haiders fan!! I actually think a few rules are dumb but hey thats how football is....pussified and sissified with all these bitch ass fines!! NFL need help fasho but I will always luv the NFL fasho!! GOT EM!!!

wow...sniko a raiders fan??...damn, how did you figure that out!!

...nah, the reason i brought up it getting dropped..watching some NFL game a few weeks ago (don't remember which one -- maybe the niners game)...the announcers were talking about that they feel the NFL might get rid of the rule this offseason....
