My uncle who lived in modesto would sell at the capitol flea market in san jose. He'd drive to LA and get an ass load of toys for 100-200 bucks and turn a profit.. But the only draw back was the drive. But I asked him why LA? He said that's where all the wholesale sellers are I think he also said long beach or sum shit...my boy quest pops would sell skulls and dragon shit too at the fleamarket. He got his shit online tho..

I'm not sure where you are located but the flea market in galt has hella shit u can buy for whole sale, but you need a sellers permit which you can get hella easy from the BOE
