It seemz az though everytime I hear some shit about the king of the south nonsense I alwayz hear namez like Weezy, TI(of course), Jeezy & Luda. Now thiz shit soundz rediculous cuz I know Weezy iz way overrated, Luda iz a punchline rapper,TI aint no king & after reading interviewz from Jeezy that dude iz an ignorant bastard(& he's pretty wack his self). All I'm saying iz, I know therez a lot more talant coming from the south & it seemz az though everyone(in the south) iz trying 2 crown these niggaz. U guyz are killing yourselves. Iz it the tv & radio play, the salez or over exposure of these niggaz that got ya'll juiced? Scarface passed on the "King" title so iz there anyone else(with undenieble skillz) that can step up? The south haz some talant so I know somebody with real talant can step up.

K-Rino gets my vote. Shit I think he's deserved that title for a while now. He'll never get it though because he is still so unknown in the general public for not a single reason I can think of.

I had bought K-Rino's CD Stories From The Black book just last week. Beats could of been better but hiz mic skillz are second to none. I been liking that dude 4 over 10 yearz & IMO him, Big Mike, Face & D.O.C. are by far the best lyracist I've ever heard from the south. These new niggaz are awful.

^^^ Yeah I'm listening to SFTBB right now, and you're right the beats are lacking slightly but IMO the definition of a perfect rapper would be K over some flawless beats. It's all good though his lyrics make you not even give a fuck what the beats doin.

Itz too many people 2 name. D4L, Young Joc, Mike Jones, Slim Thug & Bone Crusher to name a few. But yeah I think it iz safe 2 say the J Prince iz the king. An underground rapper could be king but industry politics & lack of recognoition will prevent that.

2 me LOG used to be king but his new shit makes me wonderin what happened to his skillz. Gz & Soldiers was superclassic anyway.
Also Playa Fly got some really tight lyrics. Every album is classic.

The west got some heavy hitterz that never get radio or video play but niggaz keep pumping up only Snoop & Game on TV & in magz when itz niggaz out thiz way that put out better music so the mainstream just think that those 2 are the best we got & they're not. BTW the south don't own thiz rap shit. Ya'll are more united & thatz a major plus. Itz good music comin from the south but itz more wack shit then anything & the real niggaz in the south with the real talant are suffering regardless of the big record salez. Record salez are cool but I'm not talking about that, I'm talking about talant......real talant.
