I started a thread saying that the album wasn't that good blah blah blah. The truth is that I WAS WRONG!!! I can't even take it out my cd changer. QUINN did it up. It is a couple of tracks that shouldn't have made it but overall this album is tight front to back. GO GET IT IF YA AIN'T GOT IT!!!

For real. It take alot to admit you was wrong. The Quinn is a legend and the rock is a classic. Its a classic not only for the music, but for what it is doing for the whole scene. The promotion, the artwork, the publicity is forcing evryone to step they game up in the Bay. Good shit Quinn.

Anyone who likes Bay legend Quinn's flow will find at least 5 songs to their own liking........I have been listenin to Quinn since Don't Cross Me dropped and the original SFC song on JT's Don't Stop Till We Major......Quinn has definitely grown quite a bit on the mic, and this CD is a must have for anyone who likes Bay music.....delivery is on point for the most part...sound quality is good...and many songs have slappin azz beats to say the least......support Quinn...he has brought so much HEAT over the years and he is not close to stoppin!

Yep, me too...

I picked up the album last week, listened to it once, and was like...damn, this isn't nearly as good as I Give You My Word.

Last night I listened to The Rock again for a second time and was like...damn, this shit is a lot better than I first thought, especially Run the Block.

there are at least 10 songs on there that I could listen to on repeat. It is a great album IMO and it only gets better the more I listen to it. when I first got it I thought it was quite inferior to I give you my word, probably would have given it a 7/10 but now its a 9/10 easily. who knows though, it might make it to a 10/10 if it stands the test of time like I give you my word did
