reason being pulled over was cause i wasnt "wearing a lapbelt" i was sittin in the back seat of a suv in the middle of 2 people with packed luggage from our trip to Rosarito in the back...
the cop happen to "see" this while followin from the back ...

haha 10 min later 3 cops talkin bout where they get their boots shined at...
