whos in more demand?.....not the artist cuz they come a dime a dozen, again not taking from any artist but ask a million dollar artist how he doing so good, it aint from jus writing, he most likely produces, mixes and sells his shit also.......the dozen artist jumping shipp is they bad, they jumping in with the sharks

people who think like you, there's dozens of artists jumping ship from their label, and starting their own, just so they can finally feel important because they do 20 different jobs, instead of just focusing on rapping and performing.

Come on now... there's more for "rappers" to be focusing on rather than just performances etc... they need to be learning the whole business aspect of what they think is their calling in life, that way they have a keen understanding of the vital roles people on the team play. There were two artists we tried to educate as we went along... when we provided a check... it was stapled to an expense / income statement... do you think they took the time to read and understand and ask questions about the statements? ummm.. no... they just ran to the nearest liquor store that would cash the damn check (you know they werent even business enough to obtain a bank acct. )
There were times we insisted they go over the statements.. but they didn't give a shit .... If you fail to prepare... you prepare to fail....
